During the Warranty time, all Replacement Filters should be Purchased from Tyent Australia Website to avoid warranty termination and expiration. Tyent Australia does not Guarantee any other Products Replacement Filters and will not be responsible for any damage that can arise from using other than Tyent Australia Replacement Filters.
Please give us a call before returning the unit. When shipping the unit, use original packaging if possible, or sufficient packing material and appropriate box. If repair is required during warranty period, the purchaser will be required to furnish a proof of purchase indicating the date and the serial number of the water ioniser unit.
The warranty covers only the detected in workmanship and materials failures in normal use.
